Scholarship Description: Scholarship for Phd Applications are invited for a post-doc position at the Biomolecular NMR Spectroscopy in Structural and Computational Biology Unit at EMBL in Heidelberg. Research work will focus on solid-state NMR studies of protein / ligand and / RNA protein complex. EMBL Group of Biomolecular NMR spectroscopy has a strong record in solution-state NMR, which is equipped with 800, 600 and 500 MHz spectrometer. http://www.callforpapersinfo.com

Scholarships for Phd Every year, we offer a few, one-year scholarships, worth $ 3,000 each, to high-caliber secondary school students from the main kiwifruit growing regions who intend to study full-time in the field of horticulture associated with a New Zealand tertiary institution.
Requirements: This
Scholarships for Phd is open to candidates who intend to enroll for full-time study toward a degree or diploma in the plantation or a related field at a New Zealand university or polytechnic.
Students who have started courses in horticulture at polytechnic or university are not eligible to register.

MSc Food and Water Security Scholarships for Phd


Scholarships for Phd To be considered for one award, an application for a place on a Master's degree to teach at the University of Aberystwyth must be received by May 31, 2011.

Eligibility Details:

1. A total of 3 scholarships worth £ 5,000 from the cost of full-time school students in the MSc in Food & Water Safety courses available for students who begin their studies in September 2011. It is open to both UK / EU and non-EU students.

2. Separate application forms will not be necessary. It is therefore important that the application for a place [see www.aber.ac.uk/en/postgrad/howtoapply/] received by the AU Graduate Admissions Office May 31, 2011. Applicants must determine "MSc in Food & Water Safety Scholarship" in section 4 of the Graduate
The application form, or in relevant parts of the application on-line.

3. Selection will be based on academic excellence and suitability of applicants for their proposed course. Minimum (UK) 2.i Honours degree (or equivalent) is required for consideration. Information about the comparability of the degree of non-English version available at
www.aber.ac.uk/en/postgrad/howtoapply/entryrequirements/comparability/.

4. The decision for 2011 will be conducted by a selection panel on the basis of academic excellence (see 3 above) and if necessary, relevant work experience. The panel will consist of representatives from the academic IBERS, IGES and the Department of
International Politics and will be chaired by the Dean of Graduate Studies. Results will be available the first week of July 2011.

5. Scholarships are available for fully funded students themselves (ie they can not be possessed by students with great appreciation, such as the Chevening Scholarship, Commonwealth Shared Scholarship award or partial award or government, including the AU
Discount department awards and Aber-graduates).
6. Scholarships can not be deferred for future consumption.
7. This scholarship scheme is reviewed each year.

JSPS Postdoctoral Fellowship Program Scholarship for PhD


The program Scholarship for PhD allows researchers to advance their own research while contributing to the advancement of research in Japan and counterpart country.

Information on eligibility:

The
Scholarship for PhD applicant (host researcher) must be a researcher, full-time as full-time employees (excluding Jokyo, assistant professors, and Joshu, research assistants) classified work at a university or research institution, the claim is for funding under grants of aid for scientific Research Programme (Kakenhi) and JSPS approved as suitable institution for hosting young foreign researchers MEXT.

Applications:

Scholarship for PhD Applicants (host researchers) will be required to use the web application to apply for JSPS Fellowships. Applications for this program must be JSPS by a host researcher in Japan presented by the head of their university or institution. Foreign postdoctoral researchers who wish to participate in this program are welcome to contact with a Japanese research or live abroad than in their area and ask him to apply. You should make this contact well in advance of the deadline for the application of the host institution below.
