Special Scholarship for Phd Program (SSP) was established to support advanced research of the university by asking for help international students are very capable. Every year in April and October, the university selected foreign doctoral students register for specific research projects. Students pursuing a doctoral degree in English while at the same time helping their host professor as a research assistant (RA). (1) International applicants exempt from 300,000 yen enrollment fee.
